Honor Roll and Awards

HONOR ROLL AND AWARDS

Honor Roll Students in third through eighth grades may be eligible for one of the school’s two honor rolls.

A Honor Roll- to qualify for the A Honor Roll the student must achieve an “A” in every core subject and an “E” or “S” in all conduct and ancillary classes.

A/B Honor Roll-to qualify for the A/B Honor Roll the student must achieve “A’s” and no more than 2 Bs in all core subjects and an “E” or “S” in all conduct and ancillary classes.

Year End A Average Award

The academic A Average Honor Roll includes those students in grades 3-8 who have earned an average grade of 93 or higher in all core subjects and E or S in other subjects. Teachers must calculate these averages.

Average = total grade points (of core subjects) divided by number of core subjects.

Year End Attendance Award

Students will receive an Attendance Award for 3 or less absences AND 3 or less tardies/early-pickups.

Service Award

Students in 6th-8th receive a year end award based on service hours accumulated.

7th Grade Highest GPA Award – Fr. Dieffenbach

Students with the highest GPA in the 7th grade will receive this award.
